Warranty Policy

Joyshaper products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase. This warranty, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair or product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at support@joyshaper.com and include the following:

Pictures of:

- Internal tags showing style number and size

- Product in its entirety

- Bottom of soles showing tread

- Defective area

Proof of purchase within 30 days from joyshaper website.
