a) No order will be shipped on holidays.  Purcase may not be processed until the following business day. Business Days are Monday-Friday.

About International Shipping 

a) Joshaper is not responsible for import duties since each country have its own policies. Our shipping times are gauranteed, however, local customs office in your country can cause delays in the delivery time of your order.

b) International shipping with tracking service.


Return:

We accept return on products. Customers  has the right to apply for return within 7 days after the receipt(Once beyond 7 days ,we won't offer free exchange or free return service,please keep a good contact during this period).

2.20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise ,because joshaper do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.

Step 1

Please contact our Joshaper services representatives within 7 days of receipt of your hair via mail.

Please indicate the reason you want to exchange or return,please attach any applicable.

Step 2

Our customer services representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days.(except for holidays and vacations)

After the return/exchange request has been authorized,our customer service will send you a Return&Exchange address to you.

Step 3

Please ship the item back to the address we provide you,please include the order number.You're also responsible for the return shipping charge.

*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.

*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
